Welcome to the official website of the 2023 International Conference on Computer Engineering, Modelling and Electrical Engineering (CEMEE 2023). The conference will be held in Jinan September 16-17, 2023. The objective of CEMEE is to present the latest research and results of scientists (preferred students, PhD Students, and post-doc scientist) related to computer engineering, data processing, information technology, modelling and electrical engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date scientific fields.

Proceedings

All paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.

Accepted papers after proper registration will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be sent for indexing in by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science) etc.

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. All accepted papers of 2023 International Conference on Computer Engineering, Modelling and Electrical Engineering (CEMEE 2023) will be published published in the IEEE Proceedings, and all papers will be submitted to EI Compendex, ISTP (CPCI), Scopus (Elsevier) and Inspec (IET) for indexing. The full text is online available via press platform.

The series aims at publishing original proceedings from international conferences. With a fast turnaround time and free access on the Internet, the proceedings in this series provide an excellent means for conferences and their participants to quickly publish their articles to the widest possible audience. Proceedings are published on-line (either with limited access or in Open Access mode). Print and CD-ROMs can be provided on demand. In order to guarantee the quality of our publications we only accept articles for publication which have been peer-reviewed by at least 2 external reviewers, which is the current standard for scientific journals, proceedings and books.
